How to redeem a code
- Open the game and note your player ID (it is shown on your profile/avatar screen).
- Use the in-game or official web redemption option provided by the publisher.
- Enter the code exactly as listed — copy/paste avoids typos.
- Rewards normally arrive in your in-game mail.
We will link to the official redemption page here after verifying its address. Never enter your account password on a third-party site to claim codes.
Why a code fails
- Expired: most codes run for a limited time.
- Already claimed: each account can usually redeem a code once.
- Typo or wrong case: use the copy button.
- Limited redemptions: some codes cap total uses.
